The deadline for returning goods is fourteen (14) days. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods yourself. You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods due to use other than use strictly necessary to determine the type, characteristics and performance of the goods.

Our finding of diminished value of the goods

In order to determine the nature, properties and performance of the goods, you handle and examine them with all necessary care and in the manner that you would normally do in a store. Handling or inspecting the goods in any other way may reduce their value and we will reduce the refund amount accordingly. A possible decrease in the value of the goods is determined in each case individually.

You can open the box, carefully check the goods, the fabric and the color of the goods, and you must not damage the box when opening. If the box is destroyed, you can expect that the value of the goods will be considered reduced. Any installation of the goods may also mean a reduced value of the goods. Please note that during the time the goods are in your possession and until the moment you return them to us, you are responsible for any damage caused to them.

A copy of the invoice or order must also be attached.
