At Active d.o.o., we have initiated the implementation of the project: "Warehouse Digitalization."
The purpose of the project is to create a product as a conscious and responsible approach to addressing issues related to the circular economy, aiming to fulfill a sustainable and circular business strategy.

Results upon project completion:

• Implementation of barcodes
• Installation of a new server
• Deployment of scanners

Project duration: 1 September 2024 – 31 March 2025

The total project value amounts to €81,496.21, of which €39,993.14 is co-financed by the Recovery and Resilience Plan fund.

This investment is co-financed by the European Union – NextGeneration EU (www.noo.gov.si).
The investment is part of the Slovenian recovery plan measures funded through the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism (websites: www.noo.gov.si and www.evropskasredstva.si).

At Active d.o.o., we recognize the importance of sustainable and responsible behavior towards the environment, society, and in the realm of economic development. By participating in Phase A, Support for startups, micro, small and medium enterprises in strategic, sustainable, and circular transformation of business 2022-2025, we have gained an opportunity to enhance our knowledge and to receive guidance on sustainable and circular practices. The expected results of Phase A include:

• Development of a 4-5 year sustainable and circular business strategy,
• Preparation/adaptation of sustainable & circular-oriented business models,
• Development of an implementation project that will contribute to the realization of the company's sustainable and circular business strategy. The program duration is from February 2024 to May 2024. The total program budget is €15,262.20, with EU funding of €15,262.20. This investment is part of the Slovenian plan financed by the Recovery and Resilience Facility (websites www.noo.gov.si and www.evropskasredstva.si).

The investment is co-financed by the European Union - NextGeneration EU.

• Purpose of video surveillance:
  Video surveillance is carried out to ensure the safety of individuals and property within the area, premises, and facilities of Active d.o.o. This purpose cannot be achieved by less intrusive means. The following personal data are processed: video images of individuals, recording location, date, and time of entry and exit into or from the monitored areas or premises. Video surveillance is conducted in accordance with Article 77(1) and Article 78(1) of ZVOP-2, and point (c) of Article 6(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• Legal basis for processing personal data:
  The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2).

• Users of video surveillance recordings:
  Authorized and responsible persons at Active d.o.o., the Ministry of Internal Affairs (police), and judicial authorities.

• Information on the transfer of video recordings to third countries:
  Video recordings are not transferred to third countries.

• Retention period for video surveillance recordings:
  If no irregularities are detected, video recordings are continuously deleted, but no later than 30 days after recording. Incident recordings are retained until the conclusion of procedures related to the incident.

• Information on the rights of individuals regarding video recordings:
  Individuals have the right to:

  1. Access personal data or view the recording.
  2. Rectify (blur – anonymize) or delete the recording.
  3. Object to the processing of the recording.
  4. Data portability (copy of the recording).

• Information on the right to lodge a complaint:
