General Terms and Conditions for the Online Store Active.si
The operation of the Active d.o.o. online store is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Electronic Commerce Market Act (ZEPT-UPB2), and the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP). The company has not adopted a specific code of conduct.
Definition of Terms

The user is a person using our system, i.e., the buyer in the online store.
The online store is an information system intended to present and sell products to users.
Registration
By registering in the online store, the visitor receives a username (equal to their email address) and selects a password. This uniquely links the user to their entered data. After registration, the visitor becomes a user and gains the right to purchase. These general terms govern the operation of the store, user rights, and the business relationship between the provider and buyer.

Ordering Process
Once the user selects products and confirms by clicking "Purchase," the system automatically generates and sends an order confirmation by email. Further steps are communicated via email. Questions can be sent to active@active.si.
Prices
All prices on www.active.si are retail prices and include VAT.
Right of Withdrawal & Refund Policy
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days by providing written notice. If the goods were already delivered, they must be returned within 14 days of withdrawal notification.
The consumer bears the cost of returning the goods.
The goods must be undamaged, unused, and returned in the original packaging.
A refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, but the seller may withhold the refund until the goods are returned or proof of return is provided.
A copy of the invoice and the withdrawal form must be included.
The return address will be provided upon request.
Payment
We issue an invoice in a durable medium with a breakdown of costs and instructions on withdrawal and returns. Payment is possible upon delivery (Cash on Delivery) or via other available methods on the site.
